Hybrid 7v7 is a tournament format 7v7 similar to the 5v5 tournament format. Hybrid 7v7 uses the NIRSA rulebook with these exceptions:

1) The field is 60-yards divided into two 20-yard halves with 10-yard end zones.

2) Game time is two 14-minute halves.

3) Possession starts at the 10-yard line.

4) If a punt is declared, the opposing team starts at their 10-yard line. The ball is not kicked when a punt is declared.

The game is designed to be more suitable to the tournament format allowing for more games to be played.

Yes. Your team can play both the 5v5 and 7v7 formats. The block schedule will allow you to play one format in the morning and the second format in the afternoon.
